Species Specific: LEOPARDS
Omega
*Power of the Night
Lycanthropes already have enhanced senses, abilities and in their beast forms leopards are easily able to find their way in the dark. This power expands the leopards natural nocturnal sight to the human, making it so that no matter what the human has no issues navigating in the dark.
*Cloaking
With the various coat colors leopards are better able to blend in to nearly every area. With this power a leopard is able to manipulate their own coat in order to better properly blend in with their surroundings.
*Adapting
Leopards have the ability to adapt to any environment from extremely hot to cool or humid making them able to live pretty much anywhere. It also passes over to the human side to be able to easily adapt to whatever living environment they may end up in.
*Size Matters
Leopards are extremely large cats, with the males being exceedingly bigger than females. This is quite evident in the human counter. Male humans will be noticeably bigger in bone structure, height, weight than their female companions. This allows for a leopard to give off the intimidating aspect no matter their age, it will continue to increase as the leopard ages and grows in level. (It’s more a presence than anything physical that happens to make them intimidating to others).
Beta
*Bonds of family
The ability for a member to find any/all of the pard no matter how far away. It is a connection that the person has mentally to all the members of the pard allowing them to locate anyone should the need arise. This isn’t to be confused with a mental communication as there isn’t one, this is just a connection (or if you like a mental sense).
*Heart to Heart
Allows those within the pard to share the closeness, expand and make new members, omegas, kits to feel comfort and safe. Lets them know the pard is family.
*Climbing the Walls
Leopards are one of the best tree climbers going as far as to hide their kills in the branches, well now this ability extends to their human form as well. This power allows the human part of the lycan to easily scale trees just like the beast and move about high in the air freely and without much worry. It also makes for a great place for them to hide should the human require it. This is especially good if the human has a fear of climbing or possible just of heights period as this gives them a block of that fear completely.
*Stealth
Leopards have the ability to be a very stealthy cat and this continues from beast to human. No matter the situation, both human and beast will always have a very distinctive way about them. This allows them to sneak up on both prey and enemies without being noticed.
Alpha
*Feral Rest
The leopard can lull their enemy into a falls sense of peace and force them into a state of sleep. It takes a truly powerful alpha and alot of concentration since your needed complete eye contact with your target for a good 30 seconds. It’s like hypnotizing without the little need to use a swinging object.
*Lions Roar
This trick takes a lot of concentration and energy so only a strong alpha should attempt. It will need to be practiced some to get it right, but once there the leopard will be able to mimic the lions roar. Confusing those nearby who hear the roar into believing they’re about to attack a pride of lions instead of a lone leopard.
*Aura of Caution
For a leopard wishing to keep people away; either for safety reasons or just because they aren’t as social as some, this gives them the ability without really doing anything. It’s kind of like how a skunk repels just by their scent, only in this case it’s more a sense people will feel. Whenever they come close to the leopard they will sense that they need to keep their distance and stay back. How they interpret it is anyone’s guess.
*Touch of Humility
This power allows the leopard when they see selfish, disrespectful people to infect them with a little humility. Hopefully the intervention helps a situation that could end up going from bad to worst without physically letting anyone get hurt. It really doesn’t take all that much but a slight brush of skin for it to affect someone and even than there is no real loss of energy, however, it can’t just be everyone the leopard is around and feel like infecting. The person must truly be showing a need of humility for it to work.
Leader
*Mental Call
With but a thought, the leader can call to its pard from anywhere no matter the distance. It is a way to bring aid without actually looking as if you are and gives the opponent the false sense that they have the upper hand. It can also work when needed to find an injured member, the leader need only put out the mental call and they can quickly locate their hurt pard member. But it does require a strong connection with the pard and the leader can't have an ounce of doubt in their heart about themselves.
*Leopard’s Roar
While not as loud as a lion, the leopards roar is still very distinct and used by the leader when they need to gather the pard. It will repeat every six minute interval until the pard have arrived or something else keeps the leader from continuing.
