Rex: Lions are a patriarchal species, and are therefore almost always led by a Rex.
Regina: Similar to the Lupa of the wolves with the added benefit that only the strongest of the female lions can assume the role.
Abeo: Someone who challenges the right of the Rex/Regina to lead. They generally fight the Rex for dominance of the pack, and get to choose their Regina.
Militis: The Rex/Regina's second-in-command and chief adviser.
Specto: Chief honor guard to both the Rex and Regina is assisted by the Caliga and Reperio.
Caliga: Second of three honor guards that protect the Rex/Regina.
Reperio: One of three Honor Guards charged with protecting the Rex or Regina as the least of the three is sometimes assigned duties of offense as well.
Succurro: A rare position as it is often shared by two or more pride members; is the Were or weres that assist young lions with controlling their change. Has the potential to calm the spirits of the Venatorious. Often acts in same capacity as the Lukoi Eros and Eratos.
Vindex: Another strange position as it is a servant of the packs will. The Vindex is the prides Avenger against all and any slights to the pride as a whole.
Intimità :The non-regina lover of the Rex. This is a very rare position. It usually exists in Prides where the Rex and Regina aren’t a mated pair.
Scudo: The non-Rex lover of the Regina. This is a very rare position. It usually exists in Prides where the Rex and Regina aren’t a mated pair.
