Bill as he liked to think of himself sat behind the desk that was anathema to him. All the same it sent a message that was hard to dismiss. He a known and celebrated warrior who'd fought for his nation inhabited the finery and antiquities of a man whose morals he despised. Meaning he Bill was capable of anything. And everything was what he was plying his hands at. Every other domain held one crown that only rotated with death. he saw no reason the Coast should be any different.
It would mean upturning the apple cart before he'd be able to reset it in his image. He hated to trample the peace and he however saw no other choice. It was time the coast become truly unified. He hoped to not need destroy the other masters but in the end he was prepared to do just that. As such he sat composing his declaration. Looking it over once more he went about writing several copies. The blood laced ink was a bi of theatrics but in the end it would only further the truth of is words. Sealing the letters he stacked them neatly once the seal had dried. Standing he summoned his aide informing him of what was needed.
Secure in the assurety that matters would be handled appropriately. He retrieved the would be assassins body hefting it he carried it to the roof. It was an hour until sunrise even this thin-blooded poltroon was vampire enough that the sun would insure total immolation. He sighed looking out into the remaining night. He had been accepting of things far too long and his accepting his willing to live and let had brought him here to this. Running his hand through his hair he took to the wind there were a few visitations he would make before the night was truly over.
